Victorian driver licences/learner permits have modified to incorporate an additional security range for more protection and defense.All applicants have to move a motor vehicle on-road driving check (VORT) or be signed off on a number of points by a driving teacher in a competency-based schooling course. Drivers are then issued which has a P1 licenc
